SHIPPING & RETURNS
As you order, you will see your shipping costs automatically calculated for you based on your shipping address, and the method you choose. We will ship any method you prefer (most commonly used and most cost-efficient, is USPS).
We ship out your orders usually DAY OF order placement, or next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We get over 100 new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

NOTE: ALL ONLINE RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEM(S).

The receipt for your return must be included along with the items that are eligible for return. Additional items that are not listed on the receipt will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the date you received your item.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn and tags attached.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- If an item is Ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- FINAL SALE and items are NOT eligible for returns.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for online return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- We do not cover return shipping
